$10K COMPETITION PACKAGE GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

The competition is open to any Australian registered business.

Employees of Third Space Studios (TSS), their family members, and anyone connected with the competition are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

  • Participants must action all the following steps in order to be entered into the giveaway:

  • Follow us on instagram (thirdspacestudios.au)

  • Like and comment on one of the giveaway posts.

  • Complete the application form.

Prize Details:

The prize will consist of content produced by TSS to the total value of $10,000.

The content to be produced will be determined by the winning entrant and TSS after a discovery call.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection:

Eligible entries will be shortlisted and notified of being shortlisted by email/direct message/phone whereby they will need to conduct a discovery call in order to go through to the final stage of selection.

The winner will be notified by email/direct message/phone within 1 week of the competition closing date.

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours.

If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, another winner will be selected.

Publicity:

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes.

Privacy:

Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.

Disqualification:

TSS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is not in compliance with these terms and conditions or that is suspected of fraud or cheating.

Changes to the Competition:

TSS reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability:

TSS is not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of the competition or the use of the prize.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900.

Key Dates:

  • Entries open, Thursday 16th November, 2023.

  • Entries close, Friday 1st December, 2023.

  • Winner notified by Friday 8th December, 2023.

  • Winner announced publicly in December, 2023.
